AI customer support for your business
Your customer asks and gets an answer right away, any time. When the AI doesn't know, it calls someone on your team.
What the AI answers
Common questions
Prices, hours, delivery times, how it works.
Orders
Order status and next steps.
Products and services
Explains what you sell, your way.
Bookings
Shows open times and passes the request on.
It only uses what's yours
The AI learns from your company's own content: website, catalog, FAQ and rules. If the answer isn't there, it doesn't make one up. It hands the conversation to a person.
I've built agents like this for 500 users, always with a person watching the hard cases.
How I work
We map the process first, then I write the code. That is why the price stays the same.
Free call
You tell me the problem. I tell you if I can solve it and roughly what it costs.
Process map
For bigger projects: BPMN diagrams of how it works today and how it will work. Fixed price, credited to the project.
Fixed price
Scope and price in writing. They don't change later.
Short deliveries
You see the system working at every step.
Everything in your name
You own the code and accounts. Maintenance only if you want it.
Who does the work
I'm Miguel Muñoz, a full-stack developer and AI specialist. I hold technical degrees in software development and in cybersecurity (UTN), and I'm studying AI Engineering. I build the whole system, from mapping the process to putting it live.
So security comes built in from day one: access only for those who need it, protected passwords and keys, your customers' data handled with care, and backups.
FAQ
Can the AI make things up?
It only uses information you approve. When it doesn't know, it says so and calls a person.
What does it cost to run?
It depends on the AI you pick. You can start on a free plan, which has usage limits. Or use your own key for the AI you like, such as ChatGPT, Claude or DeepSeek, paying only for what you use and without those limits. I compare the options for your volume before we start.
How does the AI handle my data?
You choose. On paid plans and through the API, official providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic don't use your data to train their models, and their terms say so. Free plans and DeepSeek's cloud have different rules, and I'll show you which. If you'd rather nothing leave the company, a local AI such as DeepSeek can run on your own server: its answers are a bit weaker than the largest models, but your data stays with you. Either way, the AI only gets what it needs to answer.
