Business process automation with AI, BPMN and n8n
I map how the work happens today, then automate the repetitive parts. People keep the important decisions.
Process mapping in BPMN
I start with a diagram anyone in the company can read. It shows what will be automated.
- How the process works today (AS-IS).
- How it will work (TO-BE), with each automated step marked.
- The business rules and the data the system keeps.
- A list of what to do first.
What I usually automate
Data entry
Data from PDFs, emails and forms goes into the system on its own.
Connected systems
ERP, CRM, spreadsheets and online store sharing data.
Approvals
Approval requests with reminders and deadlines.
Reports
Reports built and sent on schedule.
AI helps, people decide
In the agents I've built, AI handles the repetitive work and hands hard cases to a person. When something fails, the system retries and logs the error.
How I work
We map the process first, then I write the code. That is why the price stays the same.
Free call
You tell me the problem. I tell you if I can solve it and roughly what it costs.
Process map
For bigger projects: BPMN diagrams of how it works today and how it will work. Fixed price, credited to the project.
Fixed price
Scope and price in writing. They don't change later.
Short deliveries
You see the system working at every step.
Everything in your name
You own the code and accounts. Maintenance only if you want it.
Who does the work
I'm Miguel Muñoz, a full-stack developer and AI specialist. I hold technical degrees in software development and in cybersecurity (UTN), and I'm studying AI Engineering. I build the whole system, from mapping the process to putting it live.
So security comes built in from day one: access only for those who need it, protected passwords and keys, your customers' data handled with care, and backups.
FAQ
n8n, Zapier or Make?
All three connect tools. n8n can run on your own server, which costs less and keeps your data with you.
Do I need a process map for something small?
No. A simple automation is handled on the first call.
Tell me what you need
I reply myself, usually within one business day.
